"I don't typically leave reviews but I felt compelled to do so because of how happy we are with the outcome of our lawn.

After our new build we were left with a lawn that needed desperate help. Between the water running onto it from the neighboring property (staying there for weeks), the overall poor soil conditions and the lack of grass growth we reached out to Charlie for some help. Charlie came out to assess the lawn quickly and gave us a quote. Several months later Charlie and his crew came out and began excavating the soil, creating a swale, pitching the soil in the proper direction that drains perfectly and added seed etc. Within two weeks we saw new growth and over the next few months the lawn was filling in nicely. We were provided instructions on how to care for the lawn going forward. With a little TLC, some lime and lots of water we now have a full, plush green lawn and we are the envy of the neighborhood. He said patience, watering and maintenance are key factors and he was 100% correct. Thanks team Charlie for a beautiful lawn! "We wanted a 16 foot patch spruced up in front of our place. We found Charles McGlinn after searching locally. Several friends had written recommendations too. Charles and Linda met with us and we discussed what we wanted and they offered suggestions. A few weeks later the patch is beautifully landscaped. "Charles and Linda recently built us a paver patio, concrete steps, and custom fabricated aluminum railing to replace an old deck we had in the back of the house. Although Charles recommended flagstone, we opted for pavers to reduce the overall cost, given the size of the patio. “I first had work done by Charlie in 2005, then about a year later I added a pool to my home and had Charlie and his crew return to do more hardscaping. Recently, 15 years later, I sold my house and must report that the beautiful paver walkway and poolscape area that Charlie installed so many years ago have not moved at all and they both look just as great as they did when they were installed initially. At first, I was really close to choosing a different person to do the front walkway project, but I thought it would be a good investment to spend a little extra money for the professional job performed by McGlinn.
